Abstract
In today’s organisational culture the role of exit interviews is considered, as one of the effective tool for an organisations success that eventually help them to identify and analyse their employee turnover. It is essentially planned by an organisation to assist the management resolve the real purpose behind an employee’s detachment from the firm. The major aim of this research work is to analyse the exit interview procedures acquired by several big organisations for assessing their effectiveness. They are acknowledged as the handiest data’s, when compiled and tracked over time. Implementation of such processes in business agencies are commonly challenged by using the few issues along with to what extent, the facts recorded or captured is real. The present research work also focuses on numerous concepts of exit interviews and there purposes like who should conduct, when and where to conduct such processes, how it should be conducted and also regarding, how to use the collected for the benefits of an organisation. Despite, the fact that it is completely a unique idea and certainly one of its very own types’ because at the end such methods, help them to enhance itself. The sample size of the study was 197 respondents. The data analysis was performed with the help of t-test and mean.
