Main Article Content
Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming Human Resource Management (HRM), offering both opportunities and challenges as organizations navigate the digital age. This paper explores the impact of AI on HR practices, including recruitment, employee development, performance management, and workforce planning. AI technologies such as applicant tracking systems, predictive analytics, and adaptive learning platforms are streamlining processes, enhancing decision-making, and personalizing employee experiences. However, the integration of AI in HRM raises ethical concerns, such as algorithmic bias, transparency in decision-making, and data privacy issues. Additionally, the shift towards AI-driven HR practices necessitates new competencies for HR professionals, emphasizing digital fluency, data literacy, and ethical responsibility. Through a mixed-methods approach, this study examines key applications of AI in HRM, evaluates the benefits and risks, and highlights the evolving role of HR professionals in an AI-driven workplace. The findings provide insights for organizations and HR leaders seeking to leverage AI technologies while maintaining fairness, transparency, and a human-centered approach to workforce management.
