Creativity and Innovation in Gozo Micro-Enterprises

Abstract
Due to the reality that now no longer a lot studies has been performed on creativity and innovation in microorganisations, this examine investigates the perceptions of owners, managers and personnel in 8 microorganisations and one medium-sized company in Gozo (Malta). It explores the way wherein those micro- and medium sized businesses method creativity and innovation and the elements that allow and preclude their creativity and innovation. The subjects mentioned encompass threat taking, concept generation, guide structures and praise structures.
The method hired on this research is that of questionnaires dispensed to the ownermanager and personnel from every of the 9 businesses in addition to interviews performed with the Minister for Gozo and the Parliamentary Secretary for Small Businesses and the Self-Employed.
