Abstract

Purpose: The goal of this study is to investigate the effects of work-life balance (WLB) initiatives on employee productivity in NCR ITES organizations. investigating the organizational elements, program effectiveness, and employee attitudes that influence WLB results.

Design / Methodology: quantitative evaluation of data from 467 ITES employees. A validated questionnaire with Likert scales was used to evaluate WLB characteristics, satisfaction, and productivity. Multiple regression, correlation, and descriptive statistics were used to examine WLB efforts and productivity.

Findings: WLB programs increase worker productivity, accounting for 98% of the variation. Flexible scheduling, hybrid work arrangements, and wellness programs improved concentration, weariness, and job accuracy. WLB program productivity and satisfaction were impacted by autonomy, leadership support, workload distribution, and open communication. The study also discovered that program acceptance is hampered by stigma and managerial implementation issues.

Practical Implications: Supportive work environments with open communication, equitable workloads, and stigma-free program use are ideal for WLB activities. WLB can improve employee well-being, attrition, absenteeism, and service quality in the demanding ITES industry.
